Wenner-Gren Center

Wenner-Gren Center is being developed for the future

Wenner-Gren Center is one of Stockholm’s most iconic landmarks. The 74-metre-high building, with its 25 floors, was completed in 1962 and has been given a blue classification by the City of Stockholm – the highest level of cultural and historical protection.

In spring 2025, we will begin a comprehensive renovation of the property, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. After more than 60 years, the façade has reached the end of its technical lifespan and will be refined, while we also upgrade the building’s standards and services. The focus is on flexibility, wellbeing, conference facilities, culinary experiences, and an improved indoor climate.

We look forward to welcoming both new and existing tenants to a modernised and inspiring environment.
