Architecture that makes an impression

The new office building at Sveaplan is being developed in collaboration with the award-winning architectural practice Tham & Videgård – renowned for their contemporary, characterful designs. Here, the classical city-block structure of Stockholm’s stone architecture meets modern forms, where vaulted shapes, soft corners and carefully chosen façade materials create a building that both blends into and enhances the area.

The aim is to establish a new cornerstone for Stockholm, where aesthetic and sustainable values go hand in hand – an office building that is as functional as it is beautiful, with people and place at the centre.
