At Fabege AB’s Annual General Meeting on 25 March 2021, the meeting fixed the Board’s dividend proposal for 2020 at SEK 3.60 per share, to be paid on two occasions (SEK 1.80 per share on each occasion).

Furthermore, it was decided that the record date for receiving the second part of the dividend will be 29 September 2021, which means that payment is expected to be issued by Euroclear Sweden AB on 4 October 2021.
