When Falck decided to establish a health clinic in Solna, Arenastaden was the natural choice. For Kathrin Rasset, it was about more than just new premises – it was about being where the customers are, in an environment that radiates the future and high energy.

Falck’s operations are extensive, offering services across the entire health and occupational life spectrum. As a provider of occupational healthcare, presence and accessibility are crucial to supporting clients effectively. When many of their largest clients moved to Solna and Arenastaden, Falck chose to establish a presence there as well.

"We want to be where our customers are, and today there is a significant concentration of them here. But it is also about the experience of the place itself. When you arrive, you are met by a physically stunning area and forward-thinking companies. It feels modern; it feels like 2026," says Kathrin Rasset, Consultancy Manager at Falck.

An Extension of the City

Despite Arenastaden being located outside the city centre, Kathrin feels the atmosphere reflects the pulse of the inner city, but with the advantage of more modern infrastructure. With only fifteen minutes to Falck’s city office, a flexibility is created that benefits both employees and clients.

"Getting here is incredibly convenient, both by public transport and by car. The proximity to the city centre allows for close collaboration between our offices, which ultimately creates more value for our clients. The atmosphere here is pleasant, with plenty of movement and a high energy that is quite infectious," she explains.

An Environment for Well-being

As experts in sustainable work-life balance, Falck values the area’s opportunities for wellness. In addition to the wide range of restaurants and cafés in the Mall of Scandinavia and along the streets, the area’s gyms and walking trails are frequently used by staff.

"We really like the mix of activities around the arena and the proximity to nature for walks. Being based here feels excellent, not least because we have already noticed a great deal of interest from other companies in the vicinity reaching out to initiate collaborations. Arenastaden acts as a catalyst for new business opportunities."

Impressive Commitment

Kathrin describes the relationship with the landlord, Fabege, as very positive. What distinguishes the collaboration is the high level of service and the personal contact established long before the move actually took place.

"The contact with Fabege has been fantastic. We were met with an incredible level of commitment even before we moved in. They are on top of things and look after their tenants in a way that impresses. If any issues have arisen, they have been fixed immediately, right down to the smallest detail. It is clear that they are keen for us to thrive so that we can focus on our core business," Kathrin Rasset concludes.
