We're glad you want to try WAW! With Flowpass, you can book workspaces and meeting rooms and use the app as a digital key to access the premises. Follow the steps below to get started.

Get started with Flowpass

Once your employer has approved your use of WAW and Fabege has registered you as a user, you can get started with Flowpass.

1. Download Flowpass from the App Store or Google Play. You can also access Flowpass directly through your web browser.
2. Register using your work email address.
3. Confirm your registration via the email you receive from Flowpass.

You're now ready to make your first booking.

Make your first booking

In Flowpass, you'll find WAW City, WAW Arenastaden and WAW Hammarby Sjöstad.

1. Go to BOOK A SPOT in the app and select the WAW location you want to book.
2. Select Day pass and tap BOOK. Complete your booking by tapping BOOK NOW.
3. If you need a meeting room or phone booth, you can book one directly in the app, subject to availability.
4. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation by email. You can also find your booking under HOME in Flowpass.

When you arrive at WAW

Open your booking under HOME in Flowpass or via the booking confirmation email. Select ACCESS KEY to unlock the door using your digital key.
