Under its dividend policy, Fabege aims to pay a dividend to its shareholders comprising the part of the company's profit that is not required for the consolidation or development of the business.
Under current market conditions, this means that the dividend is expected to sustainably account for at least 50 per cent of profit from continuous property management and realised gains from the sale of properties after tax.
