The city of the future puts people front and centre

In Haga Norra, we are creating a district that is vibrant 24/7, with a mix of homes and offices, locals and visitors. What makes this district unique from the outset is an urban charm that’s usually only found in much older districts. Streets with cosy restaurants, a grocery store for essentials, quality bakeries and shops will enhance the everyday experience for workers, residents and visitors.

Haga Norra is a district that takes inspiration from Paris, Copenhagen and elsewhere, but is located right next to Arenastaden and Hagaparken and just a few minutes from central Stockholm. Why not make Haga Norra your base too.

Our vision is gradually becoming reality

The office of the future in Haga Norra

In many respects, the role of the office remains the same, but how we use it is constantly changing. Haga Norra gives you the opportunity to be innovative and find a place where you can grow and develop.

It offers modern offices with a strong environmental focus that are ready for the needs of the future workplace. The architecture blends industrial influences with recycled brick, large mullioned windows and a timeless choice of materials. The district also houses stunning atriums where the whole company can get together, terraces and bustling streets with restaurants, services and a bicycle garage. Links to Matildatorget and the food precinct make it easy to meet up with someone over a laid-back lunch or coffee.

As the district is an extension of Arenastaden, you’ll have access to Westfield Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena, and will be near some of Sweden’s leading businesses. Just around the corner, Hagaparken offers recreation and relaxation, or the perfect spot for a run on your lunchbreak. Stockholm city centre is only a few minutes away, and it’s easy to get there from the nearby Solna Station.

Join us at this early stage of development and create your base in a growing district where your office will thrive.

Heart & mind

The successful things in life are usually a combination of head and heart. So it makes sense to factor in emotion at the planning stage. That’s the approach in Haga Norra, one of the most exciting office locations currently being developed. A new city district with the latest technology and services, combined with a unique character and atmosphere.

Location, location, location!

A district with its own unique charm, in the heart of an exciting area. Arenastaden, with Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, Friends Arena and major businesses, is just a stone’s throw away. Hagaparken, one of Stockholm’s most attractive green waterside spaces, is on your doorstep. And central Stockholm is no distance by both bike and public transport. Solna Station is just a few minutes’ walk away. From there, it’s just 4 minutes to Odenplan and 7 minutes to Stockholm city centre. When the Arenastaden underground station is built, exits are planned close to Haga Norra, further improving accessibility.

Life between the buildings

When we develop our districts, we want to create the best possible place for the people living and working there. It's important that they are lively, pleasant, and safe - both before, during, and after our construction projects. Therefore, we think far beyond the properties and work to strengthen life between the buildings, create safe meeting places, services, and features that get people talking. We want to create human, playful, diverse, and surprising urban environments - with the goal that you should feel good here!

An attractive and sustainable district

Sustainability: from individual property to the entire district

The district has ambitious energy efficiency goals, with a focus on sustainability and a small carbon footprint. Its development is in line with the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

When Haga Norra is complete, it will be an attractive and sustainable city district with plenty of green space, such as Wijnbladsparken and the greenery on streets and in squares. Our buildings will have solar panels and sedum roofs, and car and bicycle pools will be available for people who live or work in the area.

Our properties will be built partly with recycled materials, using the latest technology and low-carbon heating. Using geothermal energy wells, we will harness the thermal energy stored in the ground to produce heating and cooling in a local, sustainable and energy-efficient way.

This sector is already relatively good at producing energy-efficient buildings, but the integration of AI will now allow the control systems to learn how the city district works as a whole; as energy consumption peaks at different times in offices and homes, these can interact to even out consumption.

Third-stage sales are scheduled to be released in autumn 2021.
