Klaus Hansen Vikström to leave his consulting role at Fabege

Klaus Hansen Vikström has worked as external Vice President and Business Development Manager for Fabege since 2019, but has now decided to fully make the transition to his own business from 1 May 2021.

Since joining the company in 2006, Klaus Hansen Vikström has made a strong contribution to the development of Fabege as a company and of Arenastaden and Flemingsberg, among other districts. Many major customers have found their way to Fabege’s properties and districts thanks to solid work under Klaus’ management.

- “Klaus’ business acumen and ability to build relationships has been responsible for an important part of our success in the construction and development of our districts, in particular Arenastaden. Our business development and leasing team is well equipped for the future, and I thank Klaus for his great commitment and drive over the years and the value he has helped to create,” says Stefan Dahlbo, President and CEO of Fabege.

- “I’ve had fifteen fantastic years at Fabege, and the company will always be close to my heart. So much we’ve accomplished and so many fun challenges we’ve experienced along the way. But everything has its day. I’m now looking forward to a freer role as a consultant, and hopefully a new Ironman competition in Hawaii in 2023,” comments Klaus Hansen Vikström.

The work of recruiting Klaus’ successor is in progress.FabegeAB (publ)
