In Hantverket the old meets the new!
Industrial meets modern architecture in this sustainable office building with the highest possible environmental certification, Breeam In Use Excellent. In the building we reuse the existing brick, which in turn imparts a wonderful, historic style to the ground floor, from which the modern, sustainable timber façade rises over the extension floors.
We are continuing to develop Gårdsvägen into an even more convivial and vibrant street, consisting of office buildings and ground floors with public space. In the buildings’ newly created rooftop landscapes, employees will be able to recharge between meetings or over lunch. The buildings, too, find their energy from the roofs, thanks to large solar panels.
