"We are delighted to welcome Cecilia Nordström Chocolates to Haga Norra. With their exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive character, they will contribute to the local neighbourhood atmosphere we are striving to create. Our ambition is for Haga Norra to be a district where it is easy to become a regular," says Miranda Jensen, Business Developer, Place Development & Street Life at Fabege.
Today, more than 1,200 people live in Haga Norra and around 2,000 people work in the area. The district is already home to the highly regarded neighbourhood restaurant Ateljéns Pizza, SATS, several restaurants, a café and workplaces. The addition of Cecilia Nordström Chocolates brings yet another destination that strengthens the life between the buildings and makes Mathildatorget an even more integral part of everyday life.
"We look forward to creating a place where people can experience the craftsmanship up close, enjoy chocolate, have a coffee and perhaps discover a new favourite praline. For us, chocolate is about flavour, form and experience – and Haga Norra feels like an exciting place in which to develop that concept," says Cecilia Nordström, Founder of Cecilia Nordström Chocolates.
The premises are located within one of Haga Norra’s residential blocks, in an environment characterised by architecture inspired by classic urban qualities and a traditional city-block structure. The new establishment supports Fabege’s long-term ambition to create a diverse and vibrant district with homes, workplaces, services, restaurants and local meeting places.
Haga Norra forms part of Arenastaden in Solna, just seven minutes from central Stockholm by commuter train and adjacent to the beautiful Hagaparken.
