    1. Resolutions by Fabege’s Annual General Meeting on 9 April 2024

       At Fabege AB’s Annual General Meeting on 9 April 2024, the meeting fixed the Board’s dividend proposal for 2023 at SEK 1.80 per share, to be paid on four occasions (SEK 0.45 per share on each occasion). Furthermore, it was decided that the record date for receiving the dividend will be 11 April 2024, 2 July 2024, 4 October 2024 and 8 January 2025, which means that payment is expected to be issued by Euroclear Sweden AB on on 16 April 2024, 5 July 2024, 9 October 2024 and on 13 January 202.

    3. Notice convening the Annual General Meeting of Fabege AB (publ)

    5. Student city Flemingsberg growing ever stronger

      Flemingsberg is home to one of Sweden’s largest campuses, with five universities and colleges and almost 20,000 students. One of Sweden’s biggest urban development projects is taking place here. The development plans for Flemingsberg include collaboration between the business world, academia, civil society and the public sector, all with the aim of strengthening the student city Flemingsberg.

    6. Year end report 2023

      2023 ended with increased rental income, improved operating income, strengthened surplus ratio and improved management result. Net letting amounted to SEK 165m, one of the strongest ever for Fabege. Higher interest costs and negative value changes in the property portfolio meant that the result after tax decreased compared to the previous year.

    7. Bengt Dahlgren moves to Textiltorget in Hammarby Sjöstad

      Fabege has signed a lease agreement with the infrastructure consultancy Bengt Dahlgren Stockholm AB for approximately 2,250 square metres of office space in Hammarby Sjöstad. Occupancy is scheduled to commence on 31 January 2025 and the agreement has a duration of 6 years. The property Påsen 1, which has the concept name Textiltorget, is being carefully renovated and will be certified according to BREEAM-SE Bespoke with the Excellent level.

    8. The traditional office needs upgrading – new study indicates need for a multi-faceted workplace

      Growing expectations for a sustainable and flexible work life also open opportunities for employers to create inclusive workplaces that make their business more competitive. This requires upgrading the traditional office so that more employee needs can be met. These are the results of a new AI study carried out on behalf of the property companies Wihlborgs, Fabege and Diös.

    9. Invitation to Fabege’s presentation of the Year-end report 2023

    1. Fabege and Birger Bostad to develop new residential properties in Haga Norra

      The next step is now being taken in the development of Haga Norra in Arenastaden, Solna. Via Birger Bostad, Fabege’s wholly-owned subsidiary, construction is set to start on 285 homes in the area’s third residential neighbourhood. A mix of workplaces, housing, retail, restaurants and communal spaces creates a vibrant city district for everyone who lives in, works in and visits Haga Norra.

    2. Mia Häggström joins Fabege’s Executive Management Team

      Mia Häggström will become a member of Fabege's Executive Management Team on 1 January 2024.

    3. Fabege and the City of Solna take the next step in the development of Arenastaden

      The next phase in the development of Arenastaden, in a prime location in the area, has now been made possible. The local development plan for the Cairo and Farao blocks, which has now entered legally into force, contains about 185 homes and about 77,000 sqm of GFA, equating to about 65,000 sqm of office space, all linked by vibrant and green urban spaces.

    4. Fabege’s share turns green

      An application was made – and approved – for Fabege’s shares to receive the Nasdaq Green Equity Designation. The green share transparently discloses the company’s climate impact, with the aim being to ensure visible information for investors seeking sustainable investments.

    5. New home in Solna for AIK Fotboll

      An agreement has been made between the City of Solna, AIK Fotboll and Fabege to provide AIK Fotboll with a new base in its home municipality of Solna. This involves a facility for the men’s team at Råstasjöns IP sports centre and a central meeting place for the entire club, including the women’s team and youth academy, at Skytteholms IP. At the same time, the City of Solna is making major investments in football activities in general in Solna.

    6. Moody´s affirms Fabege rating Baa2, negative outlook

      In November 2022 Moody´s affirmed Fabege rating Baa2 but changed outlook from stable to negative. Moody´s has now affirmed unchanged rating, i.e Baa2, negative outlook.

    7. The Swedish National Agency for Education chooses Fabege and Solna Business Park

      Fabege has signed a new lease in Solna Business Park with the Swedish National Agency for Education covering 11,000 square metres, a reduction of 2,000 square metres. The agreement means that the Swedish National Agency for Education will continue to use the Fräsaren 12 property at Svetsarvägen 16. The new lease will enter into force on 1 October 2024 and last for six years.

    8. Fabege first to implement a full-scale reuse hub

      Fabege has created a reuse hub in Solna Business Park. The reuse is scaled up by using a large physical warehouse and a digital marketplace. The aim is to create a functioning reuse market and reduce climate emissions for the property sector.

    9. Fabege agrees one of Sweden’s largest lettings

      Fabege and Saab AB have signed a lease for approximately 66,000 sqm in the Nöten 4 property in Solna Strand. The agreement covers the entire property and is for over 10 years. The rental value amounts to SEK 155m excluding supplements. Occupancy is scheduled to commence in autumn 2025. The project is aiming for BREEAM In-Use certification, at the Excellent level or better.

    10. Interim Report Jan–Sep 2023

      During the period, we saw increased rental income, improved net operating income and a lower vacancy rate. Profit from property management slightly decreased mainly due to higher net interest items. Unrealised changes in value amounted to SEK -5.4bn due to higher yield requirements.

    11. Fabege maintains its top GRESB ranking

      GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) produces an annual ranking of the property sector from a sustainability perspective. In this year’s assessment, Fabege achieved 93 points in the management portfolio and 98 points in the project portfolio, out of a possible 100 for each part. Fabege therefore receives the highest rating, 5 stars, and is placed in first place in the office sector among listed real estate companies in northern Europe.
