Booking
Bookings are made via the Flowpass system, either through their website or app. To get started, you need to create an account. Then search for our concept name “RUM” in the search field and follow the steps to book a meeting room for a half or full day.
How to book a meeting room:
- Download the Flowpass app via the App Store or Google Play and follow the instructions to get started.
- Search for “RUM” using the search function or map.
- Select the meeting room that best suits your needs.
- Click “Request”, choose the date and half or full day, then confirm by clicking “Request now”.
- We will contact you to collect your billing details and approve the booking.
- Done!

Cancellation
Cancellations are made via your active booking in Flowpass by selecting “Cancel booking”.
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the booking time. Missed or non-cancelled bookings will be charged.
Food and services
Food can be pre-ordered from Du Bon Pain, located to the right of the entrance (see menu below, only in swedish).

Getting here
Solna Station commuter train station is just a short walk away.
There is ample bicycle parking available outside the property.
If you are arriving by car, a limited number of paid parking spaces are available along Gårdsvägen. The Gårdsgaraget parking facility is located further down the street, and additional parking is available at the nearby Westfield Mall of Scandinavia.
