Fabege sells another residential property for a gain of SEK 40 M Fabege has sold the residential property Lavetten 16 for a total of SEK 104 M. The price exceeds the property's independently appraised market value as of December 31, 2003 by 28%. The capital gain accrues during the year's second quarter. The buyer is a tenant-owner association and the closing on the property is scheduled for today. Fabege has now sold four of the 12 residential properties in downtown Stockholm that it retained when Bostads AB was distributed to the shareholders. Disclosure: Two of Fabege's employees, one of whom is Head of Transactions, live in the property. The persons in question have not participated in the process from either Fabege's end or as a representative of the tenant-owner association.
