Fabege sells eight properties for SEK 1,350 million

Fabege has sold eight properties in Årsta and Botkyrka to Diös & Kuylenstierna Förvaltning AB for SEK 1,350 million. The sale will result in an after-tax gain of about SEK 200 million.

Seven of the divested properties are located in Årsta, of which four in Årsta Park. The largest individual property is the Botvid Business Center (Botvidsgymnasium 3) in Botkyrka, with a floor space of some 56,000 m2. The divested properties have a total floor space of about 182,000 m2 incl garage. The total rental value (incl vacant area) amounts to approx. SEK 148 million.
Diös & Kuylenstierna will take possession of the properties on 16 April.

“This deal is part of our continued drive to concentrate our holdings to units on our main markets that can be managed efficiently while divesting properties outside these areas at a good profit”, Christian Hermelin, Fabege’s CEO, comments.
