Fabege has signed a six-year lease agreement with Svea Ekonomi in Sjökvarteret, Arenastaden, Solna. The leases applies to 10,195 square metres of office space. The property is scheduled to be handed over at the end of 2012.
In the first phase, Fabege is developing Sjökvarteret, consisting of 25,000 square metres, which is part of the Uarda 1 property in Arenastaden. To meet the considerable demand for offices in Arenastaden, Fabege has now initiated planning of the next office building less than six months after the start of the first phase.
