Svevia will be relocating to modern premises at Svetsarvägen in Solna Business Park in the autumn. The combination of modern premises, close proximity to services and transportation links resulted in the decision to leave Solna Strand.
– Moving to Solna Business Park will be both fun and exciting for Svevia. Compared with other areas and premises that we have looked at, the geographic location and the modern, flexible premises were best for our operation and our employees. We are also looking forward to Fabege being our landlord, as the company handled the entire process with a high degree of sensitivity and professionalism, says Marcus Skoglund, President of Svevia Fastighet AB.
The 1,900 sqm of floor space will be adapted to Svevia’s needs and reflect a clear Svevia profile.
– We are proud that Svevia will be relocating to Solna Business Park, which has entered an exciting and expansive phase. The service offering in the area is growing all the time and renewal of both the area and properties is under way. The opening of the new tram-line station on the main street last autumn is an excellent example of the expanded services. Combined, all this contributes to adding to the attractiveness of the city district and we are noting a strong increase in interest from many new companies, says Urban Sjölund, Property Manager, Fabege.
Solna Business Park is a well-established city district with many major companies and a developed service offering. In January, Pontus Frithiof announced that he will be opening a Pocket restaurant in the area and a health centre and another hotel quite recently opened, in line with efforts to make life easier for those who live and work there.
