Fred Grönwall, Head of Technical Operations, and Johan Zachrisson, Head of Business Development, will leave Fabege and the Executive Management Team as of 1 September 2026. Fredrik Alvarsson, CEO of Birger Bostad, will join Fabege’s Executive Management Team.

The new Group Executive Management team will thereafter consist of:
