Service and fault reporting during the pandemic
We have property technicians on site in all our areas and we prioritise safety and careful interaction. Together with our customers, we assess how quickly measures should be processed and how we can ensure that a distance of at least two metres is maintained by everyone involved.
We assume that our customers, just like us, only allow employees without any symptoms to be in the premises, in accordance with the Public Health Agency’s recommendations. Non-urgent issues are scheduled somewhat further into the future, so that we limit the current social interaction to the greatest extent possible. Regarding issues that we need to resolve urgently, we look forward to good cooperation and safe interaction with you.
