Service and fault reporting during the pandemic

We have our property technicians on site in all our districts and we focus on safety in every personal contact. Together with our customers, we assess, how quickly a measure should be handled and how we ensure a distance of at least two meters for everyone involved.

We assume that our customers, just like us, only allow healthy people on site on the premises in accordance with the Swedish Public Health Agency's recommendations. The matters that are not urgent, we schedule later in the future to limit the social contacts as far as possible. For the measures that we should resolve urgently, we look forward to a good cooperation and a safe environment for everyone.
