Endress+Hauser AB relocates to Solna Business Park

Fabege has signed a seven-year lease agreement with measurement technology company Endress+Hauser AB for a total of 1,395 sqm at the property Sliparen 2, located at Englundavägen 5 in Solna Business Park. The company is expected to take occupancy in spring 2027.

Endress+Hauser will move into Fabege's former local headquarters, which was named Sweden's Most Beautiful Office in 2023 by Fastighetssverige. The premises comprise 1,030 sqm of office space and 365 sqm of workshop and warehouse facilities. The company will lease the premises largely in their existing condition, with only minor adaptations to meet its operational requirements.

"We are delighted to welcome Endress+Hauser to Solna Business Park. The combination of modern office space, workshop facilities and an outstanding transport location provides excellent conditions for the company's continued growth," says Sofia Ranji, Leasing Manager at Fabege.

Endress+Hauser is a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for the process industry. The Swedish company was established in 1967 and today employs around 85 people, with its headquarters in Stockholm and regional offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, Sundsvall and Piteå.

"It was important for us to find premises that could efficiently bring together our different functions, while providing excellent facilities for offices, workshops and logistics. At Solna Business Park, we have found a solution that meets our operational needs while also offering an attractive working environment for our employees. We also appreciate that the premises have been thoughtfully designed from the outset, with sustainable material choices and solutions that feel both modern and built for the long term," says Stefan Björkegren, Managing Director of Endress+Hauser AB.
