In 2021, the Remuneration Committee was made up of the following three Board members, including the chairman:

• Jan Litborn, chairman
• Lennart Mauritzson, member
• Mats Qviberg, member

The Remuneration Committee prepares material about remuneration issues ahead of decisions made by the Board. Five meetings were held during the year. The minutes from the Remuneration Committee’s meetings are distributed to all Board Members, and the Committee’s chairman submits regular reports to the Board.
