Current and upcoming projects

Fabege and Birger Bostad currently have several residential projects under way in Haga Norra, Arenastaden. Here, Fabege is developing a new neighbourhood comprising homes, workplaces, restaurants, retail, services and meeting places.

About Birger Bostad

Birger Bostad is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fabege, developing homes with a focus on the Stockholm region.

The company was founded in 2010 under the name SHH Bostad and became part of Fabege in 2021. The name Birger Bostad pays tribute to master builder Birger Gustavsson, founder of Fastighets AB Birger Gustavsson – the company that is today Fabege.

Birger Bostad develops affordable and functional properties to high standards of quality and environmental performance. The company works with reputable construction companies that can meet its requirements for quality and precision.

Its operations span the entire development process, from the acquisition of land for residential and community properties through to development and sale. Birger Bostad also provides long-term management of community properties.
