Fabege ranked one of Sweden’s Best Workplaces for the fourth consecutive year

Fabege has once again been recognised as one of Sweden’s Best Workplaces™ in Great Place to Work’s annual survey. In this year’s ranking, Fabege moves from 11th to 9th place in the category for medium-sized organisations.

The Sweden’s Best Workplaces™ award is based on the world’s largest employee survey, where organisations are evaluated and ranked according to their employees’ experiences of, among other things, leadership and levels of trust.

The results are entirely based on employees’ own experiences of the workplace. Fabege’s Trust Index remains at a high level of 88, in line with the previous year. At the same time, 95 per cent of employees say they would recommend Fabege as an employer.

“What we see in the results reflects what we experience every day – a strong sense of community where we care about one another, collaborate and take responsibility together. That so many people feel this way means a great deal to us,” says Gunilla Cornell, Head of HR at Fabege
