Swedish Transport Agency moves to Solna Business Park
The Swedish Transport Agency is moving to Fabege’s Fräsaren 12 property in Solna Business Park, where it will lease approximately 2,900 sqm. At the same time, the Swedish Work Environment Authority has chosen to extend its lease of almost 4,000 sqm in the same property. Together, the two agreements mean that Fräsaren 12 is now fully let.
The Swedish Transport Agency will take possession of its new premises on 1 March 2027, with the lease running for six years. The letting is the result of close dialogue with both new and existing tenants, enabling different requirements to be accommodated within the same property.

The Swedish Transport Agency is a government agency with overall responsibility for legislation, regulations, supervision and permits relating to road transport, shipping, aviation and rail. At Fräsaren 12, the agency will have modern premises with excellent access to public transport, including the metro, commuter trains and light rail. The area also offers a wide range of restaurants, shops, fitness facilities and other services.
