Small-scale charm meets grand ambition
In Haga Norra, the pulse of the city meets a local neighbourhood feel. It is a place where it’s easy to become a regular. Currently, over 1,200 people live here, and approximately 2,000 have their workplace in the area.
Mathildatorget is the natural heart of Haga Norra – featuring everything from the renowned local bistro Ateljéns Pizza to lunch spots and cafés. Meanwhile, new blocks are emerging, bringing even more homes, workplaces, and a wider range of local services.
With the nature and waters of Hagaparken as your closest neighbour, you also enjoy full access to Arenastaden’s world-class shopping, dining, and events.
A District Where Every Detail Counts
In Haga Norra, people are at the heart of everything we develop. This philosophy defines how we work with greenery, light, the spacing between buildings, architecture, art, and the choice of materials – as well as the specific types of shops and restaurants invited to be part of the area.
The architecture is characterised by classic qualities and an inner-city block structure. There is a meticulous attention to detail and variety, with hand-laid brick façades giving the area its distinct identity. Recurring features include generous ceiling heights, large windows, and high-quality material choices designed to stand the test of time.

Sustainability Built-In
In Haga Norra, we work actively to minimise climate impact, develop smart energy solutions, and construct buildings that offer flexibility and quality over time. All residential buildings are certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, and offices are certified according to BREEAM-SE. A prime example is Kvarter 1 (Block 1), featuring reclaimed bricks and intelligent energy management.
A geo-energy plant will supply parts of the area with heating, and a significant proportion of the properties are equipped with rooftop solar panels. By sourcing electricity from wind power and heating via geothermal and district systems, we are securing the district's energy needs for the future.
Circularity and reuse form the foundation of all development in the area. A notable example is Block 1, which is the largest office building in Sweden constructed with reclaimed bricks. We continuously strive to reduce our carbon footprint by, among other things, using climate-enhanced concrete.
We also place great emphasis on flexibility in design and layout, as well as selecting standardised materials that are easy to disassemble in the future – and, not least, materials that age beautifully over time.
