Saab and Solna Strand
By the waterfront in Solna Strand, Fabege has developed a new property – Nöten 4 – comprising approximately 66,000 sqm of flexible office space for Saab, which moved into its new premises in November 2025, around two years after the lease agreement was signed.
This is the only property Fabege owns in Solna Strand, and Saab leases all areas within the building.
Originally constructed in 1971 for the Swedish Tax Agency, the property has been completely refurbished with a strong focus on sustainability, reuse, and high energy performance, and is environmentally certified according to BREEAM In-Use.
Today, the building offers around 40,000 sqm of activity-based office space, designed to promote flexibility and collaboration across boundaries.
