Imagine avoiding long traffic queues, reducing your commuting time, and getting the well-known life puzzle in good shape. This is all possible with WAW.

At Fabege, we want to make our customers’ everyday lives easier. That’s why we’ve developed an exclusive benefit for our customers that allows them to offer their employees access to three extra workplaces around Stockholm. We call it WAW - Work Away from Work - which provides access to modern workplaces with high standards, nice meeting rooms, WiFi, and printing facilities.

Benefits designed exclusively for our tenants

WAW is a complement to your existing office and has been designed to provide you and your colleagues with a flexible and sustainable solution for your work.

WAW gives you access to an office where you don’t normally have one. We currently have three WAW offices. These are in Arenastaden, Hammarby Sjöstad and Stockholm City. For example, if you work in a Fabege building in Solna, you have access to the WAWs in Hammarby Sjöstad and Stockholm City, and vice versa for those who have offices in Hammarby Sjöstad or Stockholm City. If you work in a Fabege building in Flemingsberg, you have access to all three WAWs.

How it works

In order to use WAW offices, you first need approval from your employer to utilise the WAW concept.

Once you have been given permission by your employer to WAW, we will add you to our database and thereby give you access to all the WAW offices via an app on your mobile phone. You can use the app to book your workplace and open the speed gate to enter the office.

A high-quality workplace

Our WAW offices are of a high standard and offer various working options including the classic desk, as well as armchairs and standing desks, to suit different needs. All the WAW offices are unique in their design and what they offer. Pictures and a list of facilities and opening hours for each WAW are available further down the page.

One thing that all the WAW offices have in common is that there is always plenty of coffee, tea, and water available. We do not allow the consumption of food in WAW offices, out of consideration for everyone who works at or is otherwise in the premises. But the offices are always located near good restaurants and cafés, so there are still plenty of opportunities to have lunch or visit a café with new or old acquaintances. We are happy to recommend some nice places.
