    1. Fabege launches share buy-back

      Fabege AB (publ) has started the share buy-back programme approved by the Annual General Meeting on 29 March 2022. The AGM authorised the Board for a period no later than the next AGM to acquire Fabege shares. The shares acquired may not exceed 10 per cent of the total number of outstanding Fabege shares at any time.

    2. Interim Report Jan–Mar 2021

      The year began strongly with continued good activity in the rental market, positive net lettings and value increases in the property portfolio. The projects are proceeding according to plan and two new projects were started during the period. Two acquisitions were completed made on the south side of Stockholm.

    3. Opening of LAUNCH OF RE, an interdisciplinary art and research project about plastic

      The artist Karen Froede has created over 30 public works around Sweden in the last 10 years. In her work LAUNCH OF RE, that is part of the Street Gallery art initiative, she reflects upon the various expressions and consequences of the culture of plastic.

    4. Invitation to join an audiocast and teleconference 26 April for the presentation of Fabege’s Interim Report Jan-Mar 2022

      On Tuesday 26 April 2022 at 07:30 (CET), Fabege’s Interim Report January-March 2022 will be published. Investors, analysts, journalists, and other interested parties are invited to participate in an audiocast and teleconference at 11:30 am (CET) the same day.

    5. New acquisition of office premises in southern Stockholm

      Fabege acquires the property Kabelverket 2 in Älvsjö from Revelop. It consists of four office buildings with a floor space of approximately 22,000 sqm. These were built for Ericsson in 1996 but are now fully let to other tenants. The property also includes an older building from 1917 and future project opportunities in a currently ongoing land development plan. The purchase price before deduction of deferred tax amounts to SEK 812m and the annual rental income is approximately SEK 50m. The transfer of ownership will occur on 30 April 2022.

    6. Fabege and Tham & Videgård to develop Sveaplan

      The vision for Sveaplan is to create a new office building that allows the city’s northern entry point to develop further while taking the existing cultural environment into account. The City of Stockholm and Fabege have carried out parallel drafting assignments and have now awarded the architectural firm Tham & Videgård the task of combining traditional inner city neighbourhoods with new and forward-looking architecture on Fabege’s land allocation at Sveaplan.

    7. Resolutions by Fabege’s Annual General Meeting on 29 March 2022

      At Fabege AB’s Annual General Meeting on 29 March 2022, the meeting fixed the Board’s dividend proposal for 2021 at SEK 4.00 per share, to be paid on four occasions (SEK 1.00 per share on each occasion). Furthermore, it was decided that the record date for receiving the dividend will be 31 March 2022, 1 July 2022, 3 October 2022 and 9 January 2023, which means that payment is expected to be issued by Euroclear Sweden AB on on 5 April 2022, 6 July 2022, 6 October 2022 and on 12 January 2023.

    8. Fabege's Annual and Sustainability Report for 2021

      2021 was another strong year for Fabege. During the year, the company completed, among other things, the largest office lease in Sweden and a strategic acquisition of SHH Bostad. At the turn of the year, Fabege had 94 properties with a total of 1,247,000 sq.m. of lettable area, valued at more than SEK 83.3 billion. The Board proposes an increased dividend of 11 percent to SEK 4.00 / share

    9. New Head of Transactions at Fabege

      Henrik Bauer has been appointed Head of Transactions at Fabege. He comes most recently from a role as Investment Manager at NCC Property Development and previously also worked at Newsec and JLL.

    12. Fabege’s zero-energy hotel receives an honourable mention from the Solar Energy Association of Sweden

      Since 2004, the Solar Energy Association of Sweden (Svensk Solenergi) has annually highlighted the industry’s most innovative ideas and achievements. The aims with this are to increase the focus on solar energy issues, to contribute to increased solar electricity and solar heating in Sweden, and to spread knowledge and arouse curiosity about the solar energy industry’s most spectacular projects.

    16. Fabege acquires development property in Flemingsberg

      Fabege is acquiring an additional development property from Skanska, with a central location in Flemingsberg. Generatorn 10 is situated in the heart of the future Stockholm South Business District, right next to the planned public transport hub north of Regulatorbron bridge. The acquisition brings the addition of approximately 35,000 sqm of commercial space.

    1. Convendum and Fabege sign agreement on new coworking space on Drottninggatan

      At Drottninggatan 29, in the middle of the government quarter, Convendum is opening a new coworking arena of approximately 4,000 sqm. The central location and proximity to the major workplaces in the Swedish Government Offices have been crucial factors. The agreement is for ten years and Convendum will take possession in June 2023.

    3. Offices with a strong character and timeless architecture are emerging in Haga Norra

      Fabege is now starting construction of the first office block in Haga Norra. This is a project with a strong environmental profile and architecture that flirts with an industrial feel by using recycled brick with patina, large mullioned windows and timeless material choices. Haga Norra Block 1 will be ready for occupancy in early 2024 and will provide approximately 31,500 sqm of office space spread over eight floors.

    4. International architecture award for Pep Park in Solna

      The Pep Park “100 metres Pep” in Huvudsta, Solna has been awarded the IOC IAKS Award in Bronze and has also received an additional award for its accessibility.
