AcadeMedia creates a new upper secondary school campus in Fabege’s block near Odenplan
In August 2027, Campus Odenplan will open in Fabege’s Mimer 5 block in central Stockholm. The new campus will provide a modern learning environment for more than 2,000 students attending three upper secondary schools. The lease, signed in 2025, covers approximately 12,000 sq m and has a term of at least 15 years.

Under the agreement, DNB Carnegie Investment Bank, Carnegie Fonder and Montrose will be brought together with DNB Sweden under one roof in central Stockholm.
