Fabege and DMC Production have signed an agreement for 1,130 sqm in the property Nationalarenan 8, located at Stjärntorget 1 in Arenastaden. The lease runs for seven years, and occupancy is planned for the summer of 2026.

Now, Fabege is continuing the tradition by adding a new mural, created in the same spirit as when the building was first constructed.
