    1. Interim report Jan-Mar 2026

      The year started well, with growth in both rental income and net operating income. This, together with a positive contribution from residential development, resulted in an increase in income from property management of almost 30 per cent. Net letting amounted to SEK 24m (6), including project letting of SEK 15m.

    2. Resolutions passed by Fabege’s Annual General Meeting on 16 April 2026

      At Fabege AB’s Annual General Meeting on 16 April 2026, the meeting adopted the Board’s proposed dividend for 2025 of SEK 2.20 per share, to be paid on four occasions (SEK 0.55 per share on each occasion). It was resolved that the record date for dividends be 20 April 2026, 14 July 2026, 13 October 2026 and 12 January 2027. Payment from Euroclear Sweden AB is expected to be made on 23 April 2026, 17 July 2026, 16 October 2026 and 15 January 2027.

    4. New President and CEO of Fabege

      The board of directors of Fabege has appointed Bent Oustad as the new President and CEO. He is currently CEO of the Oslo-based real estate company Norwegian Property ASA and has been a board member of Fabege since 2024. Bent Oustad will take office on December 1, 2025.

    8. Fabege sells residential development rights in Västra Kungsholmen

      Fabege is selling 7,800 square metres of development rights in part of the Paradiset 23 property in Stadshagen to Besqab. The purchase price is SEK 200 million and will be paid in cash.

    9. Interim Report Jan–Jun 2025

      Rental income totalled SEK 1,717m (1,731). Net operating income declined slightly, while residential development made a positive contribution. The surplus ratio was consistent with our expectations. Interest expenses decreased slightly. Profit from property management remained virtually unchanged at SEK 657m (659). Overall, a stable result in a persistently weak market, with a focus on lettings and the day-to-day running of our properties.

    13. Resolutions by Fabege’s Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2025

      At Fabege AB’s Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2025, the meeting fixed the Board’s dividend proposal for 2024 at SEK 2.00 per share, to be paid on four occasions (SEK 0.50 per share on each occasion). Furthermore, it was decided that the record date for receiving the dividend will be 25 April 2025, 14 July 2025, 13 October 2025 and 12 January 2026, which means that payment is expected to be issued by Euroclear Sweden AB on on 30 April 2025, 17 July 2025, 16 October 2025 and on 15 January 2026.

    17. Fabege leases 3,200 sqm in Haga Norra to Atea

      Fabege and Atea have signed a lease agreement for just over 3,200 sqm in Ackordet 1, Arenastaden/Haga Norra. The agreement runs for 10 years and has an annual rental value of SEK 13m. Occupancy is scheduled to commence in April 2026.

    20. Solna city intends to buy new city hall from Fabege

      Fabege intends to, after the municipal board meeting in Solna on February 17, sign a letter of intent with the City of Solna for the sale of the property, Solna Hörnan 1. Access to the property will take place no later than September 1, 2028.

    21. Year-end report 2024

      The operating surplus increased slightly, while interest costs were in line with the previous year. Unrealized value changes in the property portfolio turned slightly positive in the second half of the year. The profit before and after tax thus increased in comparison with the previous year.

    23. SBAB Bank moves its Stockholm office to another property in Fabege's portfolio

      Fabege has signed a lease agreement with SBAB Bank (publ) for approximately 5,100 sqm in the Barnhusväderkvarnen 36 property at Drottninggatan 89, inner city Stockholm. Occupancy is scheduled to take place in April 2026 and the agreement has a duration of 8 years.

    25. Fabege sells property in Östermalm to Stadsrum

      Fabege has signed an agreement with Stadsrum Fastigheter for the sale of the Ynglingen 10 property in Östermalm, Stockholm. The sale is being made via companies for an underlying property value of SEK 960m before deductions for deferred tax.

    11. Fabege renegotiates and extends lease with Telia in Arenastaden

      Fabege and Telia have agreed on certain changes in their lease agreement, which mean that Telia will reduce its leased area. The rent level is adjusted and the agreement extended for a further 9 months until 31 December 2031. The new agreement enters into force on 1 October 2024.

    12. Interim Report Jan–Mar 2024

      Increased rental income and improved net operating income wre met by higher interest costs. Continued increased yield requirement led to unrealised changes in value amounting to SEK -1,381m. Net lettings were negative, SEK -36m but new leases continue to be signed at good levels and a a large proportions of leases thar are renegotiated are extended on existing terms.

    13. BSH moves to Solna Business Park

      Fabege has signed an agreement with the domestic appliances company BSH Home Appliances AB regarding a new office and showroom for its Bosch, Siemens, NEFF and Gaggenau brands in Solna Business Park. In total, the agreement is for just over 4,300 square metres of floorspace at the corner of Svetsarvägen. The agreement has a duration of 10 years.

       At Fabege AB’s Annual General Meeting on 9 April 2024, the meeting fixed the Board’s dividend proposal for 2023 at SEK 1.80 per share, to be paid on four occasions (SEK 0.45 per share on each occasion). Furthermore, it was decided that the record date for receiving the dividend will be 11 April 2024, 2 July 2024, 4 October 2024 and 8 January 2025, which means that payment is expected to be issued by Euroclear Sweden AB on on 16 April 2024, 5 July 2024, 9 October 2024 and on 13 January 202.

    18. Student city Flemingsberg growing ever stronger

      Flemingsberg is home to one of Sweden’s largest campuses, with five universities and colleges and almost 20,000 students. One of Sweden’s biggest urban development projects is taking place here. The development plans for Flemingsberg include collaboration between the business world, academia, civil society and the public sector, all with the aim of strengthening the student city Flemingsberg.

    19. Year end report 2023

      2023 ended with increased rental income, improved operating income, strengthened surplus ratio and improved management result. Net letting amounted to SEK 165m, one of the strongest ever for Fabege. Higher interest costs and negative value changes in the property portfolio meant that the result after tax decreased compared to the previous year.

    20. Bengt Dahlgren moves to Textiltorget in Hammarby Sjöstad

      Fabege has signed a lease agreement with the infrastructure consultancy Bengt Dahlgren Stockholm AB for approximately 2,250 square metres of office space in Hammarby Sjöstad. Occupancy is scheduled to commence on 31 January 2025 and the agreement has a duration of 6 years. The property Påsen 1, which has the concept name Textiltorget, is being carefully renovated and will be certified according to BREEAM-SE Bespoke with the Excellent level.

    1. Fabege and Birger Bostad to develop new residential properties in Haga Norra

      The next step is now being taken in the development of Haga Norra in Arenastaden, Solna. Via Birger Bostad, Fabege’s wholly-owned subsidiary, construction is set to start on 285 homes in the area’s third residential neighbourhood. A mix of workplaces, housing, retail, restaurants and communal spaces creates a vibrant city district for everyone who lives in, works in and visits Haga Norra.

    3. Fabege and the City of Solna take the next step in the development of Arenastaden

      The next phase in the development of Arenastaden, in a prime location in the area, has now been made possible. The local development plan for the Cairo and Farao blocks, which has now entered legally into force, contains about 185 homes and about 77,000 sqm of GFA, equating to about 65,000 sqm of office space, all linked by vibrant and green urban spaces.

    5. New home in Solna for AIK Fotboll

      An agreement has been made between the City of Solna, AIK Fotboll and Fabege to provide AIK Fotboll with a new base in its home municipality of Solna. This involves a facility for the men’s team at Råstasjöns IP sports centre and a central meeting place for the entire club, including the women’s team and youth academy, at Skytteholms IP. At the same time, the City of Solna is making major investments in football activities in general in Solna.

    7. The Swedish National Agency for Education chooses Fabege and Solna Business Park

      Fabege has signed a new lease in Solna Business Park with the Swedish National Agency for Education covering 11,000 square metres, a reduction of 2,000 square metres. The agreement means that the Swedish National Agency for Education will continue to use the Fräsaren 12 property at Svetsarvägen 16. The new lease will enter into force on 1 October 2024 and last for six years.

    8. Fabege first to implement a full-scale reuse hub

      Fabege has created a reuse hub in Solna Business Park. The reuse is scaled up by using a large physical warehouse and a digital marketplace. The aim is to create a functioning reuse market and reduce climate emissions for the property sector.

    9. Fabege agrees one of Sweden’s largest lettings

      Fabege and Saab AB have signed a lease for approximately 66,000 sqm in the Nöten 4 property in Solna Strand. The agreement covers the entire property and is for over 10 years. The rental value amounts to SEK 155m excluding supplements. Occupancy is scheduled to commence in autumn 2025. The project is aiming for BREEAM In-Use certification, at the Excellent level or better.

      During the period, we saw increased rental income, improved net operating income and a lower vacancy rate. Profit from property management slightly decreased mainly due to higher net interest items. Unrealised changes in value amounted to SEK -5.4bn due to higher yield requirements.

    11. Fabege maintains its top GRESB ranking

      GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) produces an annual ranking of the property sector from a sustainability perspective. In this year’s assessment, Fabege achieved 93 points in the management portfolio and 98 points in the project portfolio, out of a possible 100 for each part. Fabege therefore receives the highest rating, 5 stars, and is placed in first place in the office sector among listed real estate companies in northern Europe.

    15. Fabege sells two properties for SEK 3.4bn to Nrep

      Fabege has signed an agreement with Nrep to sell the properties Orgeln 7 in Sundbyberg and Glädjen 12, Stadshagen, in a transaction worth SEK 3.4bn. The properties will be taken over by the buyer in early October.

    21. Fabege welcomes Coor’s head office and service functions to Haga Norra

      Fabege has signed three lease agreements with Coor covering a total of approximately 4,500 square metres in the Kvarter 1 office project (Ackordet 1 property). Coor has also been given the task of providing service and comfort functions to tenants and visitors.

    22. Festival programme for Flemingsberg Block Party announced

      Flemingsberg Block Party is a festival featuring live music, street art, dance and a host of other activities in central Flemingsberg on 15–17 June. Over the course of three days, the area under Regulator Bridge and in Ebba Bååts Square will be buzzing with a rich programme put together by young, local creators and experienced festival organisers.       Increased rental income, improved net operating income and a lower vacancy rate. Net lettings of SEK 12m were slightly negative but new leases are still being signed at good levels. The yield requirement increased by 0.12 percentage points, which led to unrealised changes in value amounting to SEK -2,110m.

    26. Resolutions by Fabege’s Annual General Meeting on 29 March 2023

      At Fabege AB’s Annual General Meeting on 29 March 2023, the meeting fixed the Board’s dividend proposal for 2022 at SEK 2.40 per share, to be paid on four occasions (SEK 0.60 per share on each occasion). Furthermore, it was decided that the record date for receiving the dividend will be 31 March 2023, 30 June 2023, 2 October 2023 and 8 January 2024, which means that payment is expected to be issued by Euroclear Sweden AB on on 5 April 2023, 5 July 2023, 5 October 2023 and on 11 January 2024.

    27. Randstad moves to Fabege and Haga Norra

      Fabege and Randstad have signed a lease agreement for just over 3,200 sqm in the Kvarter 1, Ackordet 1 office project in Haga Norra. The agreement is for seven years, and occupancy is scheduled to commence on 1 March 2025. The property is being certified to the BREEAM-SE Excellent standard.

    31. Fabege continues to reduce its carbon footprint with a new agreement

      Fabege has signed an agreement with Stockholm Exergi concerning the capturing of biogenic carbon dioxide, which is known as bio-CCS (carbon capture and storage) and the future purchasing of negative emissions.     1. Fabege rents out 3,700 sqm in Solna Business Park

      Fabege has signed three lease agreements covering 3,761 sqm in the Sliparen 2 property in Solna Business Park. HSB will lease 2,601 sqm of office space, Coor will lease 947 sqm of conference space and Nordrest will lease 213 sqm of café space. All three agreements are for a period of 5 years and are expected to start in the third quarter of 2023.

    3. Fabege takes sustainability to a new level by constructing buildings from buildings

      Hållbarhetshuset (Sustainability House), the first pilot building in the Återhus – att bygga hus av hus (Re-building – constructing buildings from buildings) project, has now been completed in the new Haga Norra urban district in Arenastaden. The building is made of about 70 per cent reused material and is a pioneer of its kind. The lessons learned from the project will enable Fabege to scale up reuse in its project activities and contribute new knowledge to the property sector.

    5. Fabege climbs the GRESB rankings

      GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) produces an annual ranking of the property sector from a sustainability perspective. In this year’s survey, Fabege rose to 94 points out of 100, which means that the company is ranked highest in the Office sector in the category of listed real estate companies in northern Europe. The average score in the survey was 73 points.

    9. Over 80% commute to and from Arenastaden in an environmentally-friendly way

      A new comprehensive travel survey shows that the vast majority of people who work in Arenastaden travel to the area in an emission-efficient way, using public transport, bicycle, walking, rechargeable car, moped or electric scooter. The proportion of chargeable cars has increased by 22% since the 2019 survey. Despite these high figures, the companies and employees in Arenastaden still want to further increase the share of sustainable travel.

       Fabege is publishing the annual update of the basic prospectus for its MTN programme. In this context, the Green Financing Framework has also been updated. The framework constitutes a standard for green financing that can be used with a number of Fabege’s various sources of funding. CICERO has issued a second opinion on the green framework.

    15. Fabege and CGI sign office lease agreements in Solna Business Park and Kungsholmen

      Fabege and CGI, a global provider of IT and business process services, have signed lease agreements for two new offices. One is in Solna Business Park and has about 4,200 sqm of floorspace, and the other is in the Glädjen area of Västra Kungsholmen and has about 1,300 sqm of floorspace. The lease agreements are for seven years and handover is scheduled to take place in March 2023 in Kungsholmen and in October 2023 in Solna Business Park.

    16. Fabege’s zero-energy hotel in Arenastaden receives City of Solna Environmental Award 2022

      Scandinavia’s first zero-energy hotel, also the hotel with the world’s biggest concentration of solar panels, has won the City of Solna Environmental Award 2022. Some 25 geothermal energy boreholes, along with a total of around 2,400 square metres of solar panels on the facade and roof, enable the production of more energy than is needed to run the property. In the long term, this means net-zero carbon dioxide emissions per square metre for the building.

    21. New acquisition of office premises in southern Stockholm

      Fabege acquires the property Kabelverket 2 in Älvsjö from Revelop. It consists of four office buildings with a floor space of approximately 22,000 sqm. These were built for Ericsson in 1996 but are now fully let to other tenants. The property also includes an older building from 1917 and future project opportunities in a currently ongoing land development plan. The purchase price before deduction of deferred tax amounts to SEK 812m and the annual rental income is approximately SEK 50m. The transfer of ownership will occur on 30 April 2022.

    22. Fabege and Tham & Videgård to develop Sveaplan

      The vision for Sveaplan is to create a new office building that allows the city’s northern entry point to develop further while taking the existing cultural environment into account. The City of Stockholm and Fabege have carried out parallel drafting assignments and have now awarded the architectural firm Tham & Videgård the task of combining traditional inner city neighbourhoods with new and forward-looking architecture on Fabege’s land allocation at Sveaplan.

      SHH is a real estate development company with a focus on residential and local authority properties. Fabege’s strategy of optimising the value of its residential development rights portfolio is thereby being reinforced by the company acquiring both expertise and more development rights in its home market of Stockholm.       Alfa Laval is to be Fabege’s first major new office tenant in Stockholm South Business District in Flemingsberg.       The first quarter was characterised by stable revenue, higher winter-related costs and continued value growth in the property portfolio. We signed a major 12-year lease with Convendum which resulted in positive net lettings.     22. Fabege and SHH sell rental apartments in Kista

      Fabege and SHH Bostad AB are leading a housing development project in Kista via co-owned Selfoss Invest AB on land that was previously owned by Fabege. The Selfoss project was launched in 2018 and includes three residential properties containing tenant-owned and tenant-occupied apartments. Selfoss 4, the third stage of development work on the block, includes 130 rental apartments, and was completed in February 2021. Selfoss Invest has now sold the property to Patrizia.

      At Fabege AB’s Annual General Meeting on 25 March 2021, the meeting fixed the Board’s dividend proposal for 2020 at SEK 3.60 per share, to be paid on two occasions (SEK 1.80 per share on each occasion). Furthermore, it was decided that the record date for receiving the dividend will be 29 March 2021 and 29 September 2021 respectively, which means that payment is expected to be issued by Euroclear Sweden AB on 1 April 2021 and 4 October 2021.

      2020 goes down in history as a special year marked by the ongoing pandemic. The year, which started very well, then meant great adjustments for all of us on the personal level and for society at large.     26. Fabege acquires land for further long-term urban development in Solna

      Fabege and Skanska Sweden are together acquiring approximately 150,000 square metres of land, which has become available as a result of the Mälarbanan railway line being expanded and partly put in a tunnel. This creates the conditions for extensive urban development, with space for 1,000 new homes and 2,000 new jobs next to Solna Business Park and into Huvudsta.

    27. Parkhuset – the innovation project with only half the climate impact

      In a traditional new construction project, about 450 kg of CO[2]/sqm is currently emitted. Fabege is now starting to design Parkhuset in Solna Business Park, which is expected to achieve emissions of 225 CO[2]/sqm – this is only half the climate impact compared to a traditional new construction project.

    28. Fabege signs land allocation agreement in Flemingsberg

      Fabege and Huddinge Municipality have signed an agreement on land allocation in Flemingsbergsdalen. The agreement provides for Fabege to be granted exclusive rights to negotiate with the municipality on land acquisition and development on the basis that Fabege will develop the land in accordance with the existing planning programme.

    29. Monika Mundt-Petersen will develop the strategy for Fabege’s large portfolio of residential development rights

      The underlying demand for qualitative housing in the right locations in Stockholm is expected to remain strong for a long time to come. Apart from development rights for commercial premises, Fabege has approximately 500,000 sqm of existing residential development rights, primarily in Solna and Huddinge.     37. Fabege is green according to CICERO

      CICERO Shades of Green has conducted an independent evaluation of Fabege from a sustainability perspective. The results reveal that 95 per cent of Fabege’s revenue and investments for 2020 were classified as green.       GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) produces an annual ranking of the property sector from a sustainability perspective.     8. Electrolux Professional to move to Glädjen at Hornsbergs strand

      Electrolux Professional has signed an agreement with Fabege to move to Franzéngatan 6 and the Glädjen district. Its new Group headquarters is now being created, a large showroom for a wide selection of products and demonstration kitchens for training. In total, the company is renting 1,300 sqm and is expected to move to the premises in June 2021.

    10. Fabege granted land allocation permit in Hammarby Sjöstad by the City of Stockholm

      Fabege and the City of Stockholm have agreed on the granting of a land allocation permit for Hammarby Fabriksväg (Korphoppet 5) which covers up to 33,000 sqm GFA of office space and other business premises. This forms part of the city’s project to connect Hammarbyhöjden and Hammarby Sjöstad. Today, Fabege is the leaseholder of the Korphoppet 5 property.

      The Land Development Board (Exploateringsnämnden) decided at its meeting on 27 August 2020 to grant Fabege a land allocation permit at Sveaplan. A prerequisite for the creation of the development right, covering about 9,000 square metres, is that Sveaplan is redeveloped in accordance with the city’s plans for Östra Hagastaden.

    15. Fabege acquires property and holding in the consortium SBD from WA Fastigheter

      Flemingsberg is currently the site of Sweden’s biggest urban development project. Fabege has acquired the Regulatorn 2 property, which has a central location in the area and constitutes a key piece of the puzzle in the development of the district of Flemingsbergsdalen. In connection with the acquisition, an agreement has also been entered into with WA Fastigheter for Fabege to be the sole owner of the consortium SBD.

    16. Interim-report January-June 2020

      During the second quarter, the effects of Covid-19 on our earnings became visible through rent rebates and decreased property values. However, our projects progressed as planned, without any larger disruptions. Net letting during the first half of 2020 amounted to SEK 20m. The renegotiations decreased in volume due to the pandemic but contributed positively to the rental value. During the quarter, two properties were acquired.

    17. Fast-growing technology company signs contract with Fabege

      The fast-growing Swedish technology company Mentimeter, with over 80 million customers and users in obver 200 countries, is now moving its Swedish headquarters to the architectural gem Tulestationen in Vasastan, central Stockholm. The premises are located in the old turbine halls by the courtyard, accessible from Tulegatan, and are about 2,300 sqm with a rent of approx. SEK 16m. The contract runs for five years and the company is expected to move onto the premises in April 2021.

      Tieto and EVRY, who have just been given the go-ahead for their merger of two of the Nordic countries’ largest IT providers, have decided to bring together their Stockholm operations in entirely new premises. TietoEVRY have signed a lease for approximately 22,000 sqm in Fabege’s ongoing project Kvarter Poolen, which also includes Solna Municipality’s new swimming pool. They can take possession of their new premises during the first quarter of 2022.

    2. The Swedish Work Environment Authority chooses Solna Business Park and Fabege

      The Swedish Work Environment Authority, which has a mandate from the Swedish Government and Swedish Parliament to ensure that laws relating to the working environment and working hours are followed, has itself sought new premises in order to co-locate its operations in Stockholm.     15. Fabege outperforms the Swedish energy agreement

      Sweden’s long-term focus for Swedish energy policy, Energiöverenskommelsen (the energy policy agreement), sets a target of 50 per cent more efficient energy consumption in 2030 compared to 2005.     16. Arenastaden at the forefront of sustainable travel

      Research shows that society should halve its emissions of greenhouse gases every ten years. This is the equivalent of a reduction in emissions of at least 7 per cent per year if the world is to meet the 1.5-degree target resolved upon at the UN Climate Change Conference held in Paris in 2015.  In order to prove that this is possible, Fabege has decided to continue to drive development towards sustainable travel to and from Arenastaden.

    8. Fabege and TB Group to create 130 new residential homes in Råsunda

      Fabege and the TB Group have signed an agreement to jointly develop approximately 130 tenant-owner apartments at the old Råsunda Stadium, next to Solna Centrum and the metro station. Fabege already owns the so-called “Dallashuset” (the property Lagern 3), which is being converted into attractive tenant-owner apartments. The TB Group has now acquired 50 per cent of the project and the parties have agreed to run a joint venture. The project launch will take place in autumn 2018, with the first residents moving in during autumn 2020.

    9. Fabege rents out 2,000 sqm in Hammarby Sjöstad to Hyper Island

      The internationally established education company Hyper Island has signed a green rental agreement for 2,000 sqm in the Trikåfabriken 9 property in Hammarby Sjöstad. The green agreement has a duration of seven years and has an average rent of SEK 3,200 per sqm. Hyper Island will move into its new premises on 1 July 2019.

    11. SHH Bostad and Fabege begin construction in Kista

      Following a successful sales period, SHH and Fabege have decided to begin construction of the first stage of the Selfoss district in central Kista consisting of 69 apartments, with the moving-in date set for spring 2020. Over 60 per cent of the tenant-owner apartments have been sold with binding pre-agreements. Agreements have been signed with construction company Cobab for the contracting work.

      Fabege has divested the Lagern 4 property in Solna to one of Pareto's newly formed companies.     19. New hotel and long-stay accommodation for Arenastaden

      Arenastaden is continuing to expand, and demand for hotel rooms now significantly outstrips supply, largely due to growth in Solna’s tourist and hospitality industry quadrupling since the opening of Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia.     20. Change in the management’s holding of shares in Fabege AB

      Via a jointly owned share investment club, Fabege’s management together has a joint shareholding in Fabege AB. The share investment club owns a total of 400,000 shares, of which the management holds 280,000 shares.     21. Fabege expands its green MTN programme from SEK 5bn to SEK 8bn

      In April 2016, Fabege established an MTN programme of SEK 2bn subject to special conditions with regard to sustainability and the environment. In September 2017, Fabege extended the programme to SEK 5 bn. Now, Fabege has decided to further increase the framework to SEK 8bn. Updated prospectus is available on the company's website and is approved by Finansinspektionen  (Sweden's financial supervisory authority). The base prospectus is updated annually.

    22. Fabege signs a new additional agreement with the ICA Group

      ICA Gruppen AB has signed a new 12-year agreement to rent the remaining area in the Signal 3 property. This rental agreement means that the property has now been fully rented out to ICA Group before it is even completed. The total annual rental value for the additional agreement amounts to approximately SEK 16m. The tenant will move in during the first quarter of 2019.

    28. Fabege selling Uarda 6, Arenastaden

      Fabege has signed a contract to sell the property Uarda 6 in Arenastaden to the open-ended real estate fund UniImmo: Europa by Union Investment. The Hamburg-based real estate investment manager has previously purchased two other properties in Arenastaden from Fabege.     2. Fabege shows positive development of all key ratios

      Fabege's long-term net asset value (EPRA NAV) amounted to SEK/ 190 per share, an increase of 32 per cent compared to the same period last year.     15. AEG to manage Friends Arena

      As of May 2, 2017, AEG will be the new operator at Friends Arena in Solna, just outside Stockholm city centre.       Fabege and SHH have signed a contract on jointly developing around 225 tenant-owner apartments on Kista Gårdsväg in Kista, north of Stockholm.       To date, Fabege has secured green financing for a total of almost SEK 4bn and created scope for an additional approximately SEK 1.4bn via green bond financing.       Profit after tax for the period increased to SEK 4,346m (2,054), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 26.28 (12.42). Profit before tax for the period rose to SEK 5,166m (2,637). Rental income amounted to SEK 1,573m (1,493) and net operating income to SEK 1,125m (1,080. In an identical portfolio, rental income rose by around 9 per cent and net operating income increased by roughly 10 per cent. The average yield requirement declined during the period to a rounded off figure of 4.70 per cent (4.94 at year-end).

      Swedish anti-doping campaigner Arne Ljungqvist is urging society, the business community and the world of sport to join forces to combat the spread of doping. Together with Fabege a new symbol is being launched, along with the first two sculptures in a series that will be erected in Monaco and Stockholm. The global campaign will go under the hashtag #pureforsure and will highlight key issues in pure sport and public health.

    30. Fabege sells Uarda 5, Arenastaden

      Fabege has signed an agreement to sell the Uarda 5 property, Vattenfall’s head office in Arenastaden, to Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. The sale represents the first confirmation that the area is attractive to institutional investors.       When looking for new premises, SBAB ultimately selected Solna Business Park, a dense business district near Stockholm. The approximately 4,300 square metre lease will run for 10 years and is a Green Lease, which entails that both parties will aim to identify operating solutions that are resource-efficient and environmentally smart. The property is environmentally classified and is located on the main street in Solna Business Park. SBAB will relocate its 220 employees from Östermalm in central Stockholm to the new premises no later than 1 November.
